Thomas Perkins
Thomas is a native of San Diego, CA and as of 2019 has made Chattanooga, TN his new home. His passions include traveling, film, acting, theater, skateboarding and surfing.
When he backpacked through Latin America, he discovered that a healthy lifestyle is the key to achieving vitality. This approach include the triad of physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

My philosophy
Without gyms and equipment—as the undergoing pandemic has tested—he is able to maintain physical fitness using bodyweight training. In the last five years he has created personalized health management programs for business professionals who travel often, merchant mariners on the go, and individuals with diverted backgrounds looking to further improve their fitness level.
The programs address underlying issues while including behavioral changes in nutrition, lifestyle and environment. With his growth mindset, he is able to adapt his knowledge to any clientele allowing them to achieve their goals.
